HI, I’M HEIDI · FOUNDER & CREATOR

It started with care.
It grew through sharing.

Comfort & Kind began with a simple wish: to make skincare that felt good on my own sensitive skin.

I started creating products for myself, then sharing them with family and friends. When people began asking if they could buy them, a small business began to take shape.

As Comfort & Kind grew, I wanted to keep that spirit of sharing at its heart. That’s why I created Comfort Shared—continuing Comfort & Kind’s tradition of sharing. What began with family and friends now reaches women in need, bringing comfort and kindness beyond my own circle.

Today, I still choose every ingredient with a purpose and make each batch with care. My hope is that every jar, pump, and balm brings a moment of comfort to your day.

Choosing ingredients is only the beginning. I source organic ingredients whenever possible and consider both the purpose of each ingredient and how it complements the rest of the formula.

The same thought goes into making each batch. I focus on careful blending and emulsifying, with the aim of retaining the benefits of the ingredients’ natural properties as they come together in the finished skincare.
